Realign your chakras (energy centers) These “wheels” can be thought of as vortexes that both receive & radiate energy. They affect our emotions, physical health, and mental clarity, and how each chakra is functioning affects our health physically, emotionally and spiritually. We store emotions within our body, which can get stuck, and cause dis-ease. By focusing on a specific chakra that is off balance, can allow that Energetic release, and realignment. Before we meet, I go into your energetic space, and read your chakras through meditation. Then we will meet, discuss my findings, create a movement therapy session which we will do together, and afterwards I will send you with some homework to help you work on this area after our session. This is designed to leave you feeling more aligned, in tune, and with more comfort within your physical, energetic and spiritual body. *If you are open to sharing your birthdate in the booking section, I will also set up a quantum healing session for all your chakras to send you quantum healing energy during and after the session for 24hrs using my Healy Frequency Healing device.
